The Board of Directors of Ashton Pointe meets to conduct business of the association. The meetings are held on the Fourth Wednesday of every other month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept, Nov) via Zoom. The meetings start promptly at 6:30pm.
Guests may speak during the open forum of the meeting. Please notify the Ashton Pointe Association Manager, Cynthia King with West Property Management, the Friday before the meeting if you would like to take part in the open forum.

Homeowners may request a copy of the meeting minutes from Cynthia King following each meeting.

The Board of Directors always likes to hear questions or comments you have about the homeowners association or about your experiences living in Ashton Pointe. Please note that we make every attempt to respond to comments/questions as soon as possible. The board members are volunteers and fellow neighbors which serve your Association.
